FOR TEACHER EDUCATION DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAM UNITS FOR EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY SATELLITES IN MULTIPLE COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for teacher education distance learning program units for eastern New Mexico university satellites in multiple counties.
