SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 931

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

two hundred thirty-one thousand dollars ($231,000) to construct a new bridge crossing on county road C-58-A in Variadero in San Miguel county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve road and drainage at Conchas dam in San Miguel county.
