FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DIVERSION DAM IN RIBERA FOR THE SAN MIGUEL ACEQUIA ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for planning, design and construction of a diversion dam in Ribera for the San Miguel acequia association in San Miguel county.
