FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST PECOS RIVER CROSSING ON COUNTY ROAD B-51A IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for design and construction of the east Pecos river crossing on county road B-51A in San Miguel county.
