FOR IMPROVING THE VILLAGE PARK IN SAN YSIDRO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase and installation of an enclosure and playground equipment, constructing picnic shelters and installing tables, constructing a concession stand and installing a well pump and irrigation system for the baseball field for San Ysidro in Sandoval county.
