FOR PLANNING AND BUILDING DEVELOPMENT FOR THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for planning and building development for the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
