REQUESTED BY Richard C. Martinez

FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A COURTHOUSE IN THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design and construct a courthouse in the first judicial district court in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
