SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 986

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Rod Adair

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design and build a community baseball and softball complex in Capitan in Lincoln county; and

• to the public education department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase athletic equipment and supplies for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
