FOR CONSTRUCTING AN EDUCATION COMPLEX AND EQUIPPING A TELEVISION STUDIO AT THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for constructing an education complex and equipping a television studio at the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
