FOR THE INTERTRIBAL INDIAN CEREMONIAL ASSOCIATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($156,000) to purchase a sound system and to purchase and transfer a wooden pole for the Voledores flyers for the intertribal Indian ceremonial association in McKinley county.
