FOR A FACILITY OF THE OFFICE OF DINE YOUTH IN THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to construct a facility for the office of Dine youth in the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
