FOR A STATUE TO COMMEMORATE THE BLACKDOM SETTLEMENT PIONEERED BY AFRICAN-AMERICANS IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a statue to commemorate the Blackdom settlement pioneered by African-Americans in Roswell in Chaves county.
