46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY John Pinto

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE HOGBACK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct a powerline in the Hogback chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for bathroom additions and renovations to homes in the Hogback chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county;

forty-eight thousand dollars ($48,000) to purchase farm equipment for the Hogback chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county; and

thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to purchase a heavy utility vehicle for the Hogback chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
