FOR COMPOSTING TOILETS AT THE CHIHUAHUAN DESERT NATURE PARK IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for waterless composting toilets at the Chihuahuan desert nature park in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
