FOR THE SIERRA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan, design and construct the Sierra county fairgrounds multipurpose building.
