I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the local government division of the department of finance
and administration
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
to design and build a senior league baseball field in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to design and build a city park on west Mescalero road in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for construction and maintenance and to purchase equipment for use by the boys'
and girls' club in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to purchase equipment and to design and construct football fields and other
facilities for use by the youth football league in

to the public education department
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for construction and improvements to the football field and other practice
facilities at Goddard high school in the Roswell independent school district in
Chaves county;
two hundred fifty thousand dollars
($250,000) for improvements, including lights, bleachers and other
construction, to the Goddard high school baseball field in the
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for educational technology and athletic equipment for Berrendo middle school in
the
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for
educational technology and athletic equipment and for construction and
maintenance at Del Norte elementary school in the
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to purchase and equip a vehicle for the football and baseball programs at
Goddard high school in the
