     1. On page 1, line 23, strike the word "and".

     2. On page 2, line 2, after the word "mail;" insert the word "and".

     3. On page 2, between lines 2 and 3 insert the following:

     "WHEREAS, all postal workers in New Mexico carry and deliver an extraordinary amount of junk mail;"
