has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike "department of game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission".

     2. On page 1, line 23, strike "department of game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission".

     3. On page 2, line 9, strike "department of game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission".

     4. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, after "approved" strike "pursuant to Section 16-2-11 NMSA 1978".

     5. On page 2, line 14, strike "department of game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission".,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
