has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, after “vehicle”, strike the remainder of the line, and insert in lieu thereof “displaying flashing emergency lights”, and strike lines 22, 23, and 24 in their entirety.

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike “and” and insert in lieu thereof “or”.
