    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 123

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike “Four Million dollars ($4,000,000)”, and insert in lieu thereof “Two Million dollars ($2,000,000)”.

    2. On page 1, line 16, strike “general fund” and insert in lieu thereof “public project revolving fund”.

    3. On page 1, line 21, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 22 and 23.
