    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 166, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, line 4, strike "a specific" and insert in lieu thereof "another".

    3. On page 5, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new paragraph to read:

             "(17) the negotiation and preparation of oil or gas leases, assignments, division orders, ownership reports, joint operating agreements, exploration agreements or similar documents;".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
