    Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 210

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "REMOVING COLLEGE CREDIT REQUIREMENT FROM" and insert in lieu thereof "CHANGING COLLEGE CREDIT REQUIREMENTS FOR".

     2. On page 1, line 24, after "appointment" insert:

     "have completed not less than thirty hours of college credit;".

     3. On page 2, strike line 4.
