     1. On page 2, line 1, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof “and".

     2. On page 2, line 11, after "to" insert "direct production" and after "expenditures" insert "or postproduction expenditures".

     3. On page 3, line 24, strike "technology" and insert in lieu thereof "postproduction".

     4. On page 6, line 13, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     5. On page 6, line 14, after "postproduction" insert "expenditure".

     6. On page 6, lines 14 and 15, strike "the final stage in the production of a film" and insert in lieu thereof "an expenditure".

     7. On page 6, line 16, strike "and includes" and insert in lieu thereof ", including an expenditure for".

     8. On page 6, line 18, after "effects," insert "including computer-generated imagery or other effects,".

     9. On page 6, line 20, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.
