AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE COMPLETION PROGRAM IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty-eight thousand dollars ($158,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to pay for the bachelor's degree completion program in information and communication technology. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
