HOUSE BILL 331

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 20, after "13-6-2" insert "or 67-3-8.2".

     2. On page 2, line 10, strike the quotation marks.

     3. On page 2, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subsection to read:

          "D. The provisions of this section do not apply to the conveyance or transfer of state highways to local government entities."".
