    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 354, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike all House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee Amendments.

     2. On page 4, line 14, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and on line 15, after "corporation" insert "or the state or a political subdivision of the state".

     3. On page 8, between lines 5 and 6, insert a new subsection to read:

          “C. A facility of tobacco product manufacturer;”.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
