AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SANTE FE FARMERS' MARKET.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to support ongoing efforts by the New Mexico department of agriculture to plan, establish programming for and continue to develop an adequate revenue stream for a permanent site in the Santa Fe railyard for the Santa Fe farmers' market. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
