FOR HOUSE BILL 510

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "FACILITIES" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 up to the period.

     2. On page 16, line 3, through page 17, line 14, strike Section 7 in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
