AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE PUBLIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT FOR A SANTA FE PUBLIC SCHOOLS PROJECT TO AUTOMATE THE INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PLAN PROCESS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for a Santa Fe public schools project to automate the individualized education plan process. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
