AN ACT

RELATING TO PUBLIC PROPERTY; TRANSFERRING STATE PROPERTY TO THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.--The real property owned by the state, consisting of approximately seven and one-half acres in the city of Santa Fe known as 1050 Old Pecos trail, including any improvements, leases or other written agreements attached to the property, is transferred to the cultural affairs department.

     Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. .154786.1
