AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES IN TAOS COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-two thousand dollars ($82,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to contract for alcohol and substance abuse treatment services in Talpa in Taos county, to include curriculum materials and professional and administrative services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
