    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 738

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 13, after "taxes" insert "and governmental gross receipts taxes".

     2. On page 3, line 12, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may", and after "vouchers" insert "in an amount that shall" and strike "to".

     3. On page 3, line 16, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may", and after "vouchers" insert "in an amount that shall" and strike "to".

     4. On page 3, line 20, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may", and on line 21, after "year" insert "in an amount that shall" and strike "to". 

     5. On page 4, lines 18 and 19, strike "for its full value to one person or for partial value" and insert in lieu thereof "in whole or in part".

     6. On page 5, line 23, strike "for".

     7. On page 5, line 25, strike "governmental" and on page 6, line 1, strike "gross receipts tax liability,".

     8. On page 6, line 8, after "a" insert "local option".

     9. On page 6, line 9, after "county" insert "or against the governmental gross receipts tax".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
