    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 742, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, strike "fifteen" and insert in lieu thereof "eighteen".

    2. On page 2, line 7, after "and", insert "four county clerks, no more than two of whom are members of the same political party, appointed by the president".

    3. On page 2, line 8, after "associations", insert a comma.

    4. On page 2, line 9, after the comma, insert "all of whom shall have had experience working as poll workers or election officials in New Mexico, and".

    5. On page 2, line 9, after the comma, insert "no more than three of whom shall be members of the same political party, and".

    6. Strike House Floor Amendment 1.
