    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 801

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, lines 6 through 8, and on line 9, through "facility", remove the brackets and line through and insert a period after "facility".

     2. On page 4, line 11, after "license," strike the remainder of the line.

     3. On page 4, strike lines 12 and 13 and strike line 14 through the period.

     4. On page 4, line 14, strike "Fees" and insert in lieu thereof "fees".

     5. On page 10, line 3, remove the brackets and line through.

     6. On page 10, lines 3 and 4, strike "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
