AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT NEW MEXICO VISITORS CENTER ACTIVITIES AT THE INDIAN PUEBLO CULTURAL CENTER.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to support the operations of a newly designated official New Mexico visitors center located at the Indian pueblo cultural center in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
