has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 5, strike “No” and insert in lieu thereof “A”, and after “shall” insert “not”.

    2. On page 6, line 7, strike “no” and insert in lieu thereof “a”, and after “shall” insert “not”.

    3. On page 6, line 8, strike “predecessor” and insert in lieu thereof “preceding”.

    4. On page 6, line 17, strike “No” and insert in lieu thereof “An”, and after “may” insert “not”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
