    1. On page 7, line 7, after “judges”, insert “,one of which shall have a fiscal year 2006 docket composed primarily of criminal offenses associated with driving while intoxicated,”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
