HOUSE BILL 1077, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 1, line 24, strike “shall” and insert in lieu thereof “may”.

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike “counties and municipalities” and insert in lieu thereof “metropolitan planning and rural planning organizations”.

    4. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike “counties and municipalities” and insert in lieu thereof “metropolitan planning and rural planning organizations”.

    5. On pages 2 and 3, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
