has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 11, after “adjudications”, insert “, and twenty percent of the money dedicated for water rights adjudications shall be allocated to the administrative office of the courts for the courts’ costs associated with those adjudications”.
