          SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

                   SENATE BILL 102

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, after the period insert "For the purposes of this section, the easement created pursuant to this section shall be adequate to allow for reasonable maintenance, use and improvements to the ditch.".

    2. On page 4, line 5, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".
