SENATE BILL 140

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Four million dollars ($4,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-21-6.1 NMSA 1978, two million dollars ($2,000,000)".

    2. On page 1, line 16, strike "general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "public project revolving fund".

    3. On page 1, lines 22 and 23, strike "to the general fund".
