    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred


SENATE BILL 154


has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:


    1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "WITH SUBSEQUENT OFFENDERS" and insert in lieu thereof "IN CERTAIN CASES".


    2. On page 8, line 11, after the period insert the following:


    "If the offender enters into a plea agreement, the plea agreement shall require the offender to have an ignition interlock device installed and operating for a period of at least one year on all motor vehicles driven by the offender.".,


and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
