has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 13, remove the brackets and line through "within" and strike the underscored material.

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike the underscored material.

    3. On page 2, line 15 remove the brackets and line through "of" and strike the underscored word "from".

    4. On page 3, line 21, after "applicant" insert ", and unless the permit is for a sign, display or device located at least seven hundred fifty feet from the next closest sign, display or device".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
