    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 282

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22, strike "has complied with" and on line 23 before "the" insert "complies with".

    2. On page 2, line 4, insert a closing bracket after the period, remove the line through "The license" and strike the word "shall".

    3. On page 2, line 5, insert an opening bracket at the beginning of the line and a closing bracket at the end of the line following "and".

    4. On page 2, remove the line-throughs on lines 6 and 7 and strike the closing bracket.

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
