    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 309

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 23, strike "or".

    2. On page 2, line 24, strike the period and insert "; or".

    3. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert:

                  "(d) manage golf course facilities.".

    4. On page 4, line 7, strike the comma and the remainder of the line, strike line 8 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period and:

    "The water rights holder shall have the option to sell, lease or put to beneficial or consumptive use the conserved water if there is no net depletion."".

    5. On page 5, line 12, strike "or".

    6. On page 5, line 13, strike the period and insert "; or".

    7. On page 5, between lines 13 and 14, insert:

                  "(d) manage golf course facilities.".

    8. On page 6, line 20, strike the comma and the remainder of the line, strike line 21 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period and:

    "The water rights holder shall have the option to sell, lease or put to beneficial or consumptive use the conserved water if there is no net depletion."".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
