SENATE BILL 369

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    2. On page 7, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2005.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
