AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ROSWELL BRANCH CAMPUS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A FOUR-YEAR DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the Roswell branch campus to develop and implement a four-year dental hygiene program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
