AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND SPECIAL PROGRAMMATIC NEEDS OF THE ESPANOLA VALLEY MILITARY ACADEMY TO ALLOW COORDINATION WITH THE NEW MEXICO NATIONAL GUARD.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-two thousand six hundred dollars ($122,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to fund special programmatic needs of the Espanola valley military academy, a charter school, to allow it to enter into coordinated activities with the New Mexico national guard. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
