SENATE BILL 440

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 7, after the first occurrence of "of" insert "not less than".

    2. On page 5, line 8, after the period insert:

    "As otherwise established by that municipality, the event center surcharge may be any percentage greater than five percent of each vendor service contract entered into by the municipality.".

    3. On page 5, line 18, after the third comma insert "equipment,".

    4. On page 5, line 25, after the comma insert "equipping,".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
