SENATE BILL 492

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; REPEALING THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES THERAPEUTIC RESEARCH ACT".

    2. On page 12, lines 20 and 21, remove the brackets and line through "Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Act" and before "Compassionate" insert "and the".

    3. On page 13, lines 23 and 24, remove the brackets and line through "Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Act" and before "Compassionate" insert "and the".

    4. On page 14, lines 3 and 4, remove the brackets and line through "Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Act" and before "Compassionate" insert "and the".

    5. On page 14, line 9, remove the brackets and line through "Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Act" and before "Compassionate" insert "and the".

    6. On page 17, lines 1 through 3, strike Section 13 in its entirety.

    7. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
